Finance Total Tax Rates by Class This report reflects all tax rates for the County of Lambton- General Rate, Education, and Warwick Township. To calculate the annual taxes, multiply the Cuurent Value Assessment assiged to your property by the Total Tax Rate. If you wish to determine what the portion is for each area use the individual Tax Rate. Tax Rates may vary for Capped Classes (Multi-Residental,Commercial and Industrial) based on provincial legislation.
