Waste Management GARBAGE COLLECTION In the Village of Watford there is regular curbside garbage collection contracted by Waste Services Inc. (337-3218) Collection dates are: West side of Nauvoo Road - pickup is on Monday East side of Nauvoo Road - pickup is on Friday All Commercial garbage is picked up on Mondays and Fridays. In the rural areas, property owners may take their residential household garbage directly to the Waste Management of Canada Twin Creeks Landfill Site located on Zion Line just east of Nauvoo Road. The required vehicle sticker can be obtained either at the office of the Landfill site or at the Township Municipal Office. Their hours are: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Phone: 849-5810 RECYCLING COLLECTION The Village of Watford has curbside recycable pickup by Bluewater Recycling (1-800-265-9799). Collection for ALL properties is on Mondays. The Township rural properties may take their recycable items to the Waste Management of Canada Twin Creeks Landfill Site on Zion Line, east of Nauvoo Road. (849-5810). Their hours are: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday - 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. NOTE: If you have a damaged or broken bluebox, please bring it into the Township Office for a replacement box. For brush, tree branches, and leaves there is a large depot trailer available at the north end of the Arena, for all township residents to use. Composters are also available to purchase at the Township Office for a cost of $14.00. Bluewater Recycling Association Warwick Public Liaison Committee The Warwick Public Liaison Committee acts as an Advisory Committee pertaining to Waste Management's Landfill Site located within the Township of Warwick. The Warwick Public Liaison Committee acts as a forum for the exchange of Information, concerning the site and the concerns or special interests of local citizens.
