Remediation of Zion Line began today. Work will continue throughout the week and is tentatively planned to be completed later this week. Public notice of road re-opening will be communicated when all work is complete. Thank everyone for your continued patience while we work to repair to this road.

WATFORD, ON – As a result of extensive flooding from an extreme rainfall event, Mayor Todd Case declared an emergency for the Township of Warwick on August 24, 2023.
Since that time, Warwick officials have been coordinating the emergency response and working to repair roadways to make them safe for travel. Warwick Township Staff are continuing to work to remediate road damage.
Kingscourt between Confederation Line and Egremont Road has been reopened today and is safe for travel.
Zion Line between Bethesda Road and London Line remains closed until further notice. An assessment of damage to this section of road, and planning for repairs, is underway.

Please be advised that Birnam Line will be closed (local traffic only) from Forest Road to Warwick Village Road due to the Birnam Line Asphalt Replacement project. You can expect delays beginning August 30, 2023 to approximately September 13, 2023. Thank you for your understanding.
