Warwick Council Approves 2026 Budget
For Immediate Release- January 26, 2026 - Warwick Council approved the 2026 Budget at their regular meeting of Council on Wednesday, January 22, 2026. Property owners will see a 4% tax increase (or $27.90 per $100,000 of residential assessment) on the municipal portion of taxes, which will generate an additional $137,000 in revenue for the municipality.

As of 10:00 a.m. on January 15, 2026, pursuant to x.16.9 of O. Reg. 239/02, as amended, The Corporation of the Township of Warwick is hereby declaring a Significant Weather Event due to winter storm and blowing snow. This declaration shall remain in effect until further notice.
