Warwick Village is a less than 10-minute drive from two 402 access points and sees daily commuters along 22 Highway that connects Sarnia to London.
Recently, the south side of Watford's downtown core underwent a partial demolition which saw the construction of five new downtown buildings, three of which are already occupied. The new East Lambton Community Complex (ELCC), featuring a YMCA fitness facility, recently opened which has proven to be a draw for residents and neighbours alike.
