Email billing is now available for tax and utility bills! Residents who would like to opt in for paperless billing may register for email billing by simply filling out the E-Billing Authorization form. Please return the completed form to our office located at 5280 Nauvoo Road, Watford or email to propertyinfo@warwicktownship.ca.
Payment Options (Rural Water Only)
 Internet or Telephone Banking
You can make payments through your financial institution by either telephone or internet banking. Contact our office at 226-848-3926 to receive your account number.
Pre-authorized Payment
If you would like to sign up for due date pre-authorized payment, please complete our Pre-Authorized Payment Form and return to our office located at 5280 Nauvoo Road, Watford or email to propertyinfo@warwicktownship.ca along with a voided cheque. 
In Person

Pay in person at the Township Office located at 5280 Nauvoo Road, Watford. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or debit. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

A drop box is also located outside our office doors for after hours non-cash payments only.

 Updating Your Mailing Address
To update your mailing address or contact information for your property tax and/or utility account, please complete our Update or Change Your Contact Information Form.
Water and Sewer

Lambton Area Water Supply System (LAWSS) supplies safe drinking water to the Township of Warwick. Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) operates and maintains the township water and sewer distribution system.

 Repairs
Call OCWA at 1-888-522-0117 to shut the water off at the road to do a repair. Property owners are responsible for any water lines from the curb stop at the road to their house and any water lines connected to their water meter. Township is only responsible for the meter.
Moving
  • Rural area: call the Township of Warwick at 226-848-3926 to setup a new account or if you require a final water read
  • Urban area: call Bluewater Power 519-337-8201 to setup a new account or if you require a final water read

Make sure we have your forwarding address.

New Service Line

Call 226-848-3926, email our Public Works Manager or visit the Township of Warwick at 5280 Nauvoo Road for information on installing a new service line.

If you have an emergency, call the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) at 1-888-522-0117.

Gas

Endbridge Gas provides natural gas services in the Township of Warwick.

Hydro

 

Bluewater Power supplies electricity services in the Township of Warwick urban area.

 

Hydro One supplies electricity services in the Township of Warwick rural area.

 

Internet, Cable and Telephone
