Commissioner of Oaths services are available at the Township of Warwick Municipal Office.
Please note that a commissioner of oaths is NOT a notary. For notary services, please contact a lawyer or public notary. See below for a list of documents that can be commissioned.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Appointments are recommended for anyone requiring a document signed by a Commission of Oaths to ensure a commissioner is available to complete the signing.

The individual signing the form must appear in-person before the commissioner. Photo identification such as a driver's licence, photo health card or passport is required. |
Fees |
There is no fee for Warwick Township residents. Non-residents are required to pay $10 per document. |
