East Lambton Community Complex

The East Lambton Community Complex is located at 61 Centennial Avenue in Watford. It is home to a single-pad ice surface, a concession booth (during the ice season), several conference and meeting rooms, a YMCA fitness facility, and a gymnasium/community hall.  

Optimist Ice Surface

The following are available at the Optimist Ice Surface:

• An ice surface measuring 180 feet by 80 feet;
• A concession booth;
• Skate sharpening services;
• Accessible changerooms and washrooms; and
• Universal changerooms.

Upper Arena Hall

The following are available at the Upper Arena Hall:

• A capacity of 250 people;
• Tables (6 feet by 2.5 feet, rectangular);
• Chairs;
• A fully-stocked kitchen, including dishes and cutlery;

• A bar area;
• A fully-accessible lift to get upstairs; and
• Audio/visual equipment (one television, one projector, and a screen).

Lambton Mutual Gymnasium 

The Lambton Mutual Gymnasium is a large space available to host a multitude of sporting events with a capacity of up to 600. Sporting events that can be held at this facility include:

• Basketball;
• Badminton; 
• Volleyball;
• Soccer;
• Pickleball; and
• Indoor walking. 

• A score clock; 
• An LED screen; 
• Accessible changerooms and washrooms;
• Sports equipment; and 
• Access to public Wi-Fi. 

Lambton Mutual Community Hall

The Lambton Mutual Community Hall is the perfect place to host large-scale events, with a capacity of up to 500.

• An LED screen;
• An accessible, portable stage measuring 16 feet by 24 feet. The portable stage can be set up and includes both ramp and stair access;
• Bar services;
• Commercial kitchen;
• Public Wi-Fi access; and
• Tables and chairs. 

• A large walk-in fridge/freezer;
• A preparation space;
• Dishware (for up to 400);
• A gas range;
• A dishwasher;
• Warming ovens; and
• An ice machine.

Warwick Community Centre

The Warwick Community Centre is located at 7074 Egremont Road in Warwick Village. This is a great facility to host smaller wedding receptions, dances, special events, and other community activities. The Warwick Community Centre features a banquet hall, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bar.

This facility has a capacity of 149 people.

Amenities at the Warwick Community Centre include:

• Tables (84 inches round, 6 feet by 2.5 feet, and rectangular);
• Chairs;
• A fully-stocked kitchen, including dishes and cutlery;
• A bar area;
• Fully accessible; and
• Audio/Visual Equipment (two televisions, one projector, and a screen).

Requirements for renting this facility include:

• A Special Occasion Permit for alcohol; and
• Review and completion of the Municipal Alcohol Policy.
