The Watford Santa Claus Parade takes place annually on the first Saturday in December. The 2025 Watford Santa Claus Parade is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 6th at 10 a.m.

This year's theme is "Christmas in the Future".

Float Registration

Float categories include:

  • Business/Commercial
  • Individual
  • Service Club/Church/Non Profit
  • Youth

First, second and third place prizes will be awarded for top floats in each category. There will also be a prize for "Best Overall Theme" and "Best Towing Vehicle".

Note: 

  • Floats must be in place by 9:30 a.m. to qualify for judging.

Registration deadline is Monday, December 1st, 2025.
 Parade Day Information
  • Parade lineup takes place between 8:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.
  • Float drivers are asked to pull onto Centennial Avenue from Confederation Line to the front of the East Lambton Community Complex (61 Centennial Ave., Watford) where they will be directed to their float’s location by a parade convenor.
  • Floats must be in place by 9:30 a.m. to qualify for judging.
  • Parade Start Time: 10 a.m.
